Can I sign up for exchange healthcare, then immediately cancel and use the loss of that coverage as a qualifying life event to change my employer provided healthcare?

I have a situation where my wife needs to see a special doctor who is out of network on my current work insurance. Would I be able to sign up for exchange healthcare, then cancel it, and use that loss of coverage as a qualifying life event to change my employer healthcare to another insurance choice they offer that covers that doctor? Is there a minimum time you need to keep exchange healthcare before cancelling. Is voluntarily cancelling healthcare not a QLE?

This isn’t necessarily urgent as it is for a pregnancy complication and the office visits are covered under my current plan, just not the actual hospital stay.
