Can someone help me find a reputable company that offers international/worldwide insurance?

Hi all. My question doesn’t apply specifically to US coverage, it actually applies to international coverage. I really need help choosing an insurance company cuz I’m struggling to sift through the legit options versus the BS. I’d like a company that is US-based or at least has a reputable US- presence but offers international/worldwide insurance. I am very confused about how these insurance sellers work. For example, I contacted a company called GeoBlue. Their plans seemed decent. I thought they were Blue Cross, but they’re not. I believe they are an independent company that sells Blue Cross. I don’t understand how re-sellers work, but business philosophy usually dictates that you should buy direct from a company. However, when I go to the Blue Cross website and enter a foreign country, they send me to a company called BUPA, which doesn’t sound legit at all. I’m sure it is, but “BUPA” isn’t evoking any confidence in me. I contacted an Aetna re-seller and I get random calls in the middle of the night from a strange number with emails that follow up claiming they tried calling, yet they never respond to my queries by email, nor my requests to schedule a call. I don’t understand any of this. I just need reliable health insurance (*NOT* travel insurance) that covers me in whatever country I may be in because I reluctantly have to travel for work. I can’t use one that locks me into a specific country. Can anyone help me figure out what reliable companies I can turn to? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
