I live in NY and I have a substance abuse recovery center I want to go to in Florida .. they do not accept my insurance so every time I call the insurance they accept to get a plan to go to that center in Florida they tell me they don’t have out of network coverage I can’t use it in FL .. then they tell me about open enrollment is closed .. how can I get an insurance that the facility uses and go to a different state and use it?
