Hi all! I have to choose a health care plan through my new employer. I honestly have no idea what any of this info means and am hoping someone can ELI5. Some background: I am in my late twenties, exercise regularly, eat healthy, no serious health conditions. I would probably want to utilize reg. physician checkups, gyno visits, just the normal stuff. Someone from HR said we will probably end up choosing the EPO, however there are two. I earn about 50k/yr, currently. Link below for summary.
