Can you negotiate out of health insurance?

Hi, I’m 22 and am hopefully about to start my first real paying office job. I live in the US. The interviewer mentioned that they offer “generous salary and benefits,” which is exciting. However, my understanding is that I can stay on my parent’s medical and dental coverage until I’m 26. Is that correct even if I’m employed? If so, is it possible to negotiate out of the coverage and instead have the equivalent as a bonus, for example? If health coverage that they could offer me would be redundant, I’d love to try to put that corresponding money into my Roth IRA.

As is probably quite clear, I don’t really know what I’m talking about so any advice or resources would be much appreciated.
