So I’m trying to get into the only rehab facility in my city that detoxes the drug I’m on. They won’t take my insurance. I’ve contacted both them and my insurance and neither will speak to one another. They. Mentioned something about after being billed out of pocket my insurance night cover some of it. They would not give me an estimate. Out of pocket it is 9000. I have Cigna and reached my deductible. Is there anybody I can call, do, say to get a better answer. If I go cold turkey I will most likely die. I barely understand insurance ( it’s under my parents) any advice recommendations? I’m pretty fucked en
