So I bought some COVID-19 test kits and made a paper claim (as they instructed) on 1/15. They said it could take up to 45 days to process. I called to check today as it’s been more than 45 days and it’s still pending. They told me they’ve been backed up and there’s nothing they can do. Is there any way to escalate this?
