Change Insurance Question

Recently I signed up for a healthcare plan on Healthcare.gov… and it turns out that the plan does not cover the county where I live (it works basically everywhere else in the state).

The issue here is that this was not mentioned anywhere during signup, and the name of the plan did not imply a subnetwork, and the name of this network was only mentioned at the top of one page of the plan detail sheets in a way that implied it was just branding: BlueShield Bronze Neighborhood.

So now I have insurance costing over 1000/month that literally does not cover any of my family’s doctors or services. What are my options?
