Hello,
I’m in the process of changing insurances. The new insurance doesn’t have my usual gynecologist in network, and she prescribed me birth control for 1 year worth of refills. My question is, will I need to get a new prescription in order to get my next refill, or is the one I have good until I run out of refills? I know my BC is covered by the new health insurance, but my worry is that the prescription coming from an out-of-network provider will be an issue.
Thank you to anyone who can help!
