I kind of need help.
so my wife is pregnant and we are both unemployed right now because of covid.
I was wondering if she would qualify for chip perinatal even though we are unemployed?
state is : TEXAS
P.S she got denied from the regular medicaid because of her immigration status. ( she just got her green card) and to be able to qualify for medicaid, she needs to be a US citizen or at least 5 years permanent resident, so she got denied from that and were offered chip perinatal instead.
