Hi! So I (24 F) recently received a health care summary letter in the mail from Anthem BCBS for some chiropractic visits in Oregon. My insurance is Highmark BCBS (PPO). Anthem BCBS is stating I owe the full amounts charged for my visits. I called my chiropractor’s office in case they made a mistake but was told everything was right on their end.
Is it normal to receive statements from other BCBS companies? My chiropractor is in-network with Highmark BCBS. TIA!
