Hello, i recently started talk therapy to manage my sever anxiety. I have BCBS and the therapist I found said she accepts this. but she just let me know that she submitted the claim for our first session and it was denied. can someone help me figure this out? I’ve done talk therapy before and it was always covered (same company provided insurance).
