Hey everyone, a few months ago I was taken to the emergency room (outpatient) and I recently looked at the claims under my insurance and it says that the claims for the doctor and everything had been cleared but the one put in by the hospital were rejected twice (both the claims submitted were around a $1000 so i’m quite worried). Under the claim it says that I do not owe anything (as it was covered by insurance). I called the hospital to ask them about the claims and they said that i do not need to pay out of pocket supposedly. i’m quite confused as to how this exactly works. do i have to talk to my health insurance about this? or should i just let it go? please help.
