Good morning all. My COBRA is ending on 9/31. I, investigating a continuation of COBRA through the remainder of the year as I qualify on 1/22. But I was told by my old employer that unless I was designed as disabled by the fed within 60 days of my COBRA ending that I don’t qualify for continuation. Is.this true? I was officially designated on 7/9. What can I do about it ?
