Hello,
My company is dissolving and my last employment date is May 15th. My wife is due to have a baby May 30th. Does the dates here preclude me from getting Cobra covered under this new law or do I still have to pay for Cobra?
Is it 6 months from the day I start or is it strictly a predefined 6 month period?
Am I allowed to continue using Cobra if a new employer offers insurance starting July 1st?
