Coinsurance Maximum Question?

I’m hoping someone may be able to answer this for me. I’m debating accepting a new job offer, but was reviewing their health insurance and I noticed there is an Out-of-Pocket maximum and an Annual Co-Insurance maximum. It’s a BCBS PPO Plan. Ultimately, I’m going to ask the HR manager to get a definitive answer. However, here’s what I see:

The Out-of-Pocket maximum is $12,700 for a family. However, there is an annual co-insurance maximum of $3,000. It says this maximum DOES NOT apply to deductibles, flat dollar co-pays, private duty nursing care, or drug prescriptions.

Here’s the actual question: if I were to hit the $3,000 co-insurance maximum (after my deductible), does that mean my insurance will no longer help me with co-insurance and I’m on the hook for 100% or does it mean that the insurance pays 100% of the cost after $3k (excluding the private nurse care, co-pays, etc).
