Copayments varying now

I have a new job and a new insurance plan (previous and new one both BCBS). Now when I go in for a doctors visit they always say “you haven’t met your deductible” when I do my copayments when the same office never said that before. Could just be a new thing. The question is why is my copayment varying? Exampke, I go into this American Family Care office to get maintenance meds refilled. In office I’m charged $35 but this past time i did a telecare refill and they said since my deductible isn’t met my copayment is $45. Why the change? On the bill it just says $45 copayment. I find that odd especially since when I didn’t have insurance and I was going there for medical refills a non-insursnce visit was $50.
