Does anyone have a good understand of billing and reimbursement for employers? I’m trying to understand how employers are reimbursed by insurance for benefit programs that they offer to employees. Can only doctors bill insurance using CPT codes, or can employers bill their insurance companies as well. Does a doctor have to be attached to the billing?
