My girlfriend is currently enrolled in Kaiser’s Silver 94 HMO plan thru covered CA and we’re doing her taxes. When applying, we stated her income was $18900 to align with their income terms for coverage. However, now we’re doing her taxes and write offs (self employed) we noticed she’s a couple thousand below. If we submit her income as being lower on this year’s taxes, can she lose her coverage?
