COVID-19 Test Kits Reimbursements

California here! Is anyone having issues getting their reimbursements for their test kits?

I bought 3 iHeath and 1 On/Go test kit through Amazon.com back in Jan 23 & 25. It looks like they processed my claims on Jan 31. I submitted two separate claims, one of them being denied (3 iHealth) and one of them being approved.

For the denied claim, they cite that they need more information from my doctor from Amazon.com (I slightly awed in disbelief on hearing that). Even if the other one was approved, it doesn’t look like they are providing a reimbursement for that either.

Currently, working through their customer support to see what’s up with this fiasco.
