While on a trip to Mexico in January, I had to test for COVID prior to returning to the US. The test was done at the resort. Almost 3 months later I received a claim for the test. Can anyone tell me what form I’d need to submit for reimbursement? One agent told me it’s the Travel & Lodging reimbursement form, and another told me it’s the International Claim Form. When I called to clarify I couldn’t get a clear answer. Would anyone here know the answer?
