I have Medicare Advantage with Aetna. It includes a $150 reimbursement for prescription eyewear.
I purchased 2 pairs of glasses from an online provider. The provider does not offer CPT codes, for whatever reason.
Aetna has declined to reimburse me because I don’t have CPT codes.
Does anyone have advice?
