I have tried every sleep medication under the sun for my insomnia and this is the only one that works. CVS Caremark denied my prior authorization stating that formulary medications will work just as effectively. I also can’t speak to the prior authorization team to get someone who made the decision to explain it. What should my next steps be? I’m 29 years old and I’m in zip code 76118. I make 15 dollars an hour.
