Didn’t know I still had Medi-Cal but paid premium coverage from Covered California with a Job.

I live in California, I received 1095-B and didn’t know I was under Medical for 7 months starting from June. I did sign up for Medical through DPSS on April but got a job at the end of May so I switch to Covered California paying premiums with APTC for the rest of the year.

I did notify Medical Agent through the mail that I had a job and my income was over the limit. The next day after sending the mail, I received a mail that the agent switch me to another agent. So I sent in the mail again to my new agent but didn’t heard much back and thought that was that. I also report income change to covered California at times when I had longer shifts on certain seasons.

Are there any serious consequences that could happen? How can I clear this up and who do I talk to about it?
