Disclaimer This is no a theory or BS. Just search it on google. I think when you sign up for insurance you have the right to know that you do not have the same legal rights as someone that has a private policy. Don’t you?
When you signed up with your insurance did or has anyone ever discussed how ERISA governs your plan? And because of this FEDERAL law did you know you have no legal recourse against your insurance company NO MATTER what they did.
No one ever told me this and I’m wondering did anyone else get this information when you sign up through your employer group plan
