Went to the doctors office, which is covered by insurance, and they wanted me to do a lab test before the procedure. I did it but my insurance rejected the claim because the lab is out of network. I would have never done the test had I known as I thought as long as I went to a Dr that was covered by my insurance I would be covered? Any advice in this situation?
