Does anyone have experience with a HRA debit card? Specifically with Cigna.

I have a lot of money left on my HRA account/debit card. I spoke with multiple representatives and they said I could use it to buy anything on the list of eligible expenses (tylenol, face masks, band aids, and much much more). Air purifiers are on the list of eligible expenses. I was wondering if there were any particular limitations and asked if it was okay to buy 10 air purifiers and she said it was ok. She said I could buy anything and as much as I want as long as it is on the list of eligible expenses and doesn’t require a diagnosis. On the list of eligible expenses, it does not list a medical diagnosis as a requirement for an air purifier. The money disappears at the end of the year. Is this too good to be true?
