I’m wondering if Health Insurance is a decent industry to transition into, does anyone have experience working within this field? Is it satisfying (like from helping people) or do you find it maddening and wanting to pull your hair out? As an outsider looking in, the draw for me is it seems like it could be a good skill to have in general for navigating my own insurance, it seems like its a stable industry as if it’s not going anywhere any time soon, and like there could be the ability to work in the office or from home. None of these things are deal breakers in any particular way, but I would love to know from people who work in any aspect of health insurance what their experience is like.
