Does it cost less to go to Marketplace Insurance?

It’s open enrollment and my family have a great debate on our hands. Here’s the deets and would appreciate inputs:

Family: 4 w/ 2 young kids based in NJ Income: 145k, potential bonus 5~10% (not guaranteed) Insurance plan thru employer: Aetna EPO 45, costs $1728 per month in 2022, total $20,736 a yr (14.3% of income)

I thought we would qualify for subsidies but now I’m reading that may not be the case because my employer’s coverage could be considered affordable. If I were to look at my individual coverage, it will not be higher than the 9.83% listed on NJ’s website but I have to cover my entire family which is greater. Would we qualify for the subsidies?
