We have three consecutive slides of drag and drop in a large mandatory module that have stopped working on our LMS.
What happens is that it flicks through the first two slides not even giving you enough time to do the drag and drop exercise.
You then land on the last page of the drag and drop which allows you to do the exercise on that last slide. If you get it right it will allow you to continue forward.
When I preview the whole project including the three slides in the source file they work perfectly. I republished the file and loaded the zipped file but no change, they are still not working.
Not sure what needs to change to make it work. This is a mandatory module so desperate to fix it up. Appreciate any help and suggestions. My skills are weak with captivate so simplicity is best.
