I was looking over the summary of benefits from my employer and Regence. The summary states that the policy had gone into effect October 21, 2021. Up until December 31st, I was able to log into Regence and review our summary of benefits. I tried to do that again today and it says the summary of benefits is unavailable at this time. Can policies change during the year then change again at the beginning of the year?
