Endless excuses from Covered California and Anthem BC

So, I moved and I’m trying to change my address. As the title implies, I’m in California, unfortunately.

I tried changing my address with Anthem 3 weeks ago. They said I have to change it with the marketplace. So, I had covered California change it. It changed within a few days. Now my address is the correct address on CC’s end.

Three weeks later, anthem still hasn’t updated my address. Talking with someone on live chat. “Kindly contact the marketplace to change your address.” Contact the “marketplace (CC).” Contact CC and they’ve already changed it to the correct address. Contact Anthem again, and now they’re having “billing” “review my application.”

These companies don’t have two brain cells to rub together between them. My new insurance card with the updated Doctor never arrived at my house and I have appointments coming up.
