Enrollment help (baby on the way)

Wife and I recently found out she is pregnant and we have to enroll. We are deciding between two plans with one of the wel known insurance companies. Silver and bronze. Difference in premiums over the course of the year is about 4K (500 a month for silver and 150 for bronze) deductibles about 1200 on silver and 6100 per person on bronze. Out of pocket maximum is 7000 on silver and 8700 on bronze. Is it smarter to pay the higher premium and pay more throughout the year with that just to even out the bills. Or take the lower premium knowing we will have a higher bill at the time of the baby but save over all throughout the year (about 2k more of a difference on silver between premiums + out of pocket maximum which we expect to hit)

Also will having a bronze plan effect the type of doctor we can see or will all doctors take both bronze and silver as long as it is in network?

Thanks In advance
