I received an EOB for a visit in early April 2020, it lists code “E32 Claim has been adjusted.” I checked with the provider and I don’t have any outstanding bills and its also a small amount so I’m not worried I’m going to have to pay anything, I’m just confused as to what is going on and why this is happening over 2 years later. Its Saturday so I can’t call the insurance company until Monday to figure this out.
