Express Scripts – says coverage ending 1/1/9999

I just got an email from express scripts – my rx insurance – saying my birth control will no longer be covered after 1/1/9999. I’m assuming they meant 1/1/2022. anyone know what this may mean?

I spent years trying to find the right birth control and finally found one that works. without insurance it’s $150+/month which I can not afford. there’s no generic alternative. I’m so confused as to why they’re ending my coverage or even if they are. I didn’t spend this long trying to find the right birth control only to have my insurance stop covering it.
