My current employer doesn’t provide eye insurance (only medical) and I’m looking at VSP individual plans. I had VSP through my previous employer and I had no issues with them.
I wear contacts. The ones you wear every two weeks. So I would only need my yearly “wellness exam”, contact exam and contacts themselves. I wear glasses only when I get home from work to rest my eyes so I don’t need to purchase new ones every year. Anyone have experience with the individual VSP plan? Will I actually save $$? I know it’s advertised that I will, but I don’t trust insurance companies.
