Federal aid for Covered CA (CA)

To give some context, I was furloughed at the start of the pandemic last year. My company luckily continued my benefits through this year, but took them away a few months ago (including my health insurance). I quit my job and got a new job (per diem/on call) that was not benefitted. I work full-time hours because I’ve been able to pick up enough shifts, but I’m not guaranteed any scheduled shifts.

Because I was on unemployment in the past year, I received federal aid for my health insurance premium (currently $30 per month for DHMO plan). However, I believe we have to renew for 2022 with our updated income? Will my premium increase since I’ve been working full-time? Or can I still receive aid because I’m on-call?

The deadline for January coverage is tomorrow, I have no idea how to approach this.
