SWIM recently just made open-enrollment for the first time, and it’s saying their benefits won’t kick in until February. They are also in urgent need of therapy / mental health services due to seasonal-related depression and trauma, but they cannot afford to pay entirely out of pocket. Is there any way to receive treatment in advance, we’re both still very confused to how this all works. Thanks in advance!
