For HMO health insurance in USA for travel vaccines (ex: going to India) do you need to see your primary care doctor to get the travel vaccines covered by health insurance?

Or are they not likely to cover it and you should just go to a travel clinic immediately and pay out of pocket?

Or should you go to the travel clinic immediately but an HMO is likely to cover the travel vaccines to India?

Or is there some way to avoid paying for the doctor’s visit altogether?

My doctor’s office seems to want me to come in person to pay for a visit no matter what even when it turns out I don’t need to, I’m sort of distrusting of them
