Clearly, somebody dropped the ball here or we would’ve gotten it approved ages ago. I’ve gone through all the pre-ops, quarantined for 14 days, taken time off of work, and gotten my covid test done and now my surgery will be cancelled if I can’t get the pre-authorization pushed through in time.
Tips? Things or people I can ask for? Key words that will get them to help me? I’ve been waiting two years to have this surgery done and was finally starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel.
