I knew the 12/23 deadline and enrolled for my husband and I on 12/15 and paid first month premium to make sure everything on set for January. Out of my surprise, I checked today and the enrollment was cancelled although they still took the payment without notifications. Now I am stuck at on the edge of having a coverage gap. This is just exhausting as I work 9-5 and it’s hard getting a hold if anyone that can help
