Like the title says, I have Amerigroup NJ. For the past 4 months, no matter what service I go for, Amerigroup is refusing to cover my expenses because they’re claiming I have another insurance provider, in this case Horizon BCBS. But I havent been on Horizon in over 8 years when I was under my parents. I even called Horizon and they dont even have my records anymore, just a file saying that I used to be on it.
How do I go about fixing this? I have bills piling up. Any help would be appreciated.
