I went on the marketplace and they asked me what my household size is and i put 1. But, i’m married but my husband isn’t a resident of the US. He’s never lived in the US so he doesn’t get paid in the US or pay US taxes. But, the marketplace asks me if i’m married and i put yes and that effects my monthly health insurance bill. What do i do? Do i input myself as single then? I always file taxes as married filing separately because his income isn’t part of my household.
