This plan seems too good to be true so there must be something I’m missing. So there’s NO deductible, $500 copay for ER, $60 specialist, no charge for PCP or generic drugs. The premium is only $10 more a month than the next cheaper plan with a $2500 deductible. So, since there’s zero deductible, after the copays they cover everything? But it also has a max out of pocket of $6900. How would you ever reach that OOP if there is no deductible? And what’s the catch here?
Also, is Oscar any good? I get the feeling they have a very tiny network given their low prices. I currently have Ambetter which is slightly more expensive but has a $5500 deductible!
