Hello, I recently moved to San Diego after graduating college and was enrolled into a new HSA health insurance plan this year. The plan overview is:
Plan Deductible You pay for all-network costs up to $3000.00
Member Pays Percentage Of Costs Both Anthem and you pay a pre-determined percentage of all health care costs until you’ve paid $5600.00
Plan Pays 100% Once your Out-of-pocket maximum is met, Anthem pays 100% covered services
I’m looking to go to therapy, possibly every couple weeks or month and was wondering how I should go about doing this. Along with this, I’ve had some troubles with tendinitis in my foot, which I’ve gone to a podiatrist for but with an existing plan where I had to pay a co-pay, not the full upfront amount.
