Need advice on hiatal hernia surgery insurance coverage, I have anthem blue cross blue shield catastrophic pathway and they do not cover the surgery, what would you all recommend?
My annual income is $30,000 and I don’t qualify for tricare adult, Medicaid or Medicare.
I would really appreciate any type of guidance.
