I received a job offer and in the company’s medical benefits it explains that both the HMO & PPO plans have an HSA tied to it, and the company would fund the HSA dollars up to a % of the deductible. This is my first time seeing a HMO/PPO and an HSA together. Is anyone familiar with how this works?
