So I know next to nothing about being an adult. The other day I was on the phone with an insurance agent, or let’s hope he was. I sign up with this insurance he talks about, and he’s saying so many words that none of it really makes sense. Basically, I sign up with… Well I guess Strata health group? Although the website to log in and access my account is through a1healthcare.com and the plan that was chosen is this health shield plus and priority plus. I just got off the phone with someone from the ‘health insurance marketplace’ or something and all she could tell me (when I asked if I got scammed) was that Strata is not part of the marketplace and she can give me no advice. So here I am on reddit, hoping to find some answers and praying that this was not a mistake
edit: some extra info: I went on a website first to get a quote. That website was first quote health, quote.firstquotehealth.com and a lady had called me after, who then connected me to an agent who signed me up
