Hospital not recognizing payment

I went to the ER of Hackensack on 29th Nov. Paid my health insurance, Cigna on 10th Dec (within two days they raised the invoice).

Cigna paid the hospital (via instamed) on 17th December. Till now I received 3 notices/invoices from the hospital that I need to pay (when they have already received their payment).

I asked for the email of Hackensack so I can connect them with Cigna/Instamed, to which they refused. So I connected both of them over phone (two days ago) in hopes of resolving the issue. Both their customer care agents exchanged information and I thought that would be the end of it. However, today I got an automated Text that my due date is today and I have to pay.

Can someone please suggest what is my best course of action? Thank you.
