Apparently if you go to the ER and require hospital stay you need preapproval? How does that work? I woke up to a denied claim totaling $26,345.68. Obviously i’m going to appeal it but this isn’t what I wanted to wake up too. Other than filing an appeal, is there anything else I should be doing? 26k is literally all my savings. I know you can negotiate but still.
